She spearheads TrusTrace's mission to empower the fashion industry with the supply chain data needed to drive a sustainable transformation—making supply chains traceable, circular, and fair. As a passionate advocate and industry leader, she champions TrusTrace's commitment to sharing insights and fostering data-driven collaboration, paving the way for meaningful and lasting change.

Anja is the managing editor of 'The Traceability Playbook', ‘The Traceability Roadmap’, and 'Unlocking DPP - The Why, What and How of Digital Product Passports' - industry guides to understanding and implementing traceability, created in collaboration with Fashion for Good and Fashion Revolution, as well as 'The Knowledge Hub' - a platform outlining key legislation and traceability insights influencing fashion and apparel companies globally.

She is passionate about building individual and team performance, and is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach since 2015.
