Rachel Drosdick-Sigafoos
Rachel has worked in higher education and mental health for almost 20 years and has a PhD in Disaster, Crisis, and Intervention. Rachel views human behavior through the bottom-up lens, examining how the body responds to the world and influences thoughts and behaviors. Rachel emphasizes a humanistic, person-centered approach to workforce wellness and is committed to developing people and spaces that amplify dignity as a precursor to performance and has presented for regional healthcare facilities, the Harrisburg, PA area NPR affiliate, the Pennsylvania State Capitol, and numerous professional conferences. Rachel is the owner/operator of The Well Workforce, a human-focused consulting and training organization that seeks to nurture employees with depth and compassion.
