Lauren Gant

Lauren Gant, PhD, CPE, WELL AP is a Senior Workplace Advisory Manager at Allsteel. Lauren is highly involved in research of emerging trends, the application of human-centric design principles in the workplace, and product development of products to support healthy work environments. Lauren is involved in education for companies in any phase of design – from planning to after move-in – on topics ranging from inclusive design, to ergonomics, to digital equity. She has also taught engineering and ergonomics courses at the university level. Her goal is to ensure that the design of products and environments encourage health, promote productivity, and foster inclusivity for a broad spectrum of worker types, sizes, capabilities, and backgrounds.
