Surabhi Pokhriyal is the Chief Digital Growth Officer at Church & Dwight. Church & Dwight is home to iconic brands like Arm & Hammer, Waterpik, Trojan, Hero and Therabreath. She heads digital transformation, P&L across eCommerce, oversees digital strategy, media and measurement as part of the CEO’s Executive Leadership team. She is a growth oriented and challenger mindset leader regarded as a change agent in the Consumer Goods sector. She has led the charters on digital agility and commerce acceleration for several Fortune 500 companies like Colgate Palmolive, J&J, PepsiCo, Kimberly Clark, Estee’ Lauder and Coty. Surabhi is a board member on MMA Global, Advisory Council Member for Instacart, and is the Co-Founder of Executive Women in eCommerce (EVE).
