Elizabeth Mack

Elizabeth Mack is the founder of Grubqueens LLC and chief design engineer at EcoRescue LLC. Their mission is to ensure Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) are affordable and accessible in portable, scalable units to every farmer, CAFO, and restaurant in the U.S. reducing the negative impact of food consumption and remediating the worst aspects of food production. She is also the best-selling author of Mission to Million$ - Taking Big Ideas and Making Them Reality under her former surname of Frisch. Lizzie is a keynote speaker and passionate philanthropist for human, animal and insect welfare. In her leisure time she is a whiskey sommelier hosting private tours at the largest whiskey collection in Texas as My Whiskey Sherpa.
