Futurist and author of two international best-selling books on experiences and the Experience Economy. The first, Stuffocation (self-published, 2013; Penguin, 2015) introduced the term 'experientialism’ and forecast the rise of experiences we see today. The second, Time And How To Spend It (Penguin, 2019) was named a “Book Of The Year” by the Financial Times. Former ski guide (France), holiday rep (Greece), travel journalist (Kashmir, Uganda etc) & tech marketer (Palo Alto). Educated at Oxford, London, and Cambridge universities, & Amused Moose (Classics, Journalism, Business, Standup Comedy). Below average skier, surfer, & climber. But a reasonably good Dad.
