Margaux Joffe

Margaux is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist and Founder of Minds of All Kinds, a neurodiversity empowerment company.

After a life-changing ADHD diagnosis, she founded the Kaleidoscope Society to empower women with ADHD in 2015. She went on to lead disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon, launching the tech industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG).

As a speaker, she has advocated at the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. She is a Linkedin "Top Voice" for disability advocacy and her work has been featured in Forbes, Vogue, Teen Vogue, and the Hollywood Reporter.

Margaux is based in Seattle, WA, and serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities
