Stefano Puntoni
At the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stefano Puntoni’s expertise focuses on how AI influences marketing strategy, brand management, and human decision-making. He is the faculty co-director for AI at Wharton, a dedicated research center focused on improving business processes and understanding human behavior around AI applications and adoption. Outside the classroom, Stefano’s research investigates how new technology changes consumption and society, including how humans are adopting and evolving with AI. His work has been published in several leading journals and mainstream media publications, including the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Yahoo Finance.
