Laura Mantoura

Laura Mantoura advises companies on CEO succession, leadership development, and board search and advisory needs. Based in Stamford, she co-leads the Women on Boards initiative for Russell Reynolds Associates in the U.S. Laura specializes in corporate governance, board evaluations, strategic board refreshment, and diversity mandates. With nearly two decades of experience, including over a decade at Bain & Company, Laura has worked across the UK, France, and Spain. She began her career as an analyst in JPMorgan’s Investment Banking M&A division and was a board consultant at a boutique executive recruitment firm in London. Laura holds an MA in modern and medieval languages from Girton College, University of Cambridge.
