In 2021, the SEC enacted NASDAQ's Board Diversity Rule, requiring listed companies to report board diversity statistics or explain non-compliance. Progress has been slow due to low board turnover and extended searches for suitable talent. This panel will explore board dynamics to help women and BIPOC leaders identify opportunities and shape their board value propositions.
