Associate Vice President, Equity and Belonging
The Trust for Public Land

A native of Washington, DC, Ronda Lee has spent her life chasing waterfalls, particularly those adjacent to campgrounds, hiking trails, and long flowing rivers. For her, a "glow up" means new outdoor gear, some dirt, and laughter by a campground. Luckily, Trust for Public Land 's mission supports her personal drive to stay connected to the outdoors in any way she can. Whether she's kicking in a local park with her pup, Buddy, or exploring the Maroon Bells of the Elk Mountains in Colorado, she never forgets that the benefits of nature are a right for everyone, everywhere. So, she does what she can through TPL to bring that to life, including hosting the podcast People.Nature.Big Ideas where she chats with inspiring people from all over the US who share her belief that safe, fulfilling connections to the outdoors allows people to thrive.
