Danielle Lilly

Danielle oversees ChildFund’s advocacy portfolios in the US and at the national, regional, and global levels. This includes strategic efforts focused on prevention of online sexual exploitation and abuse of children (OSEAC), child protection, early childhood development and youth participation. Danielle oversees ChildFund’s chairmanship of the End OSEAC Coalition, which pushes for legislative action on children’s online safety. She also co-led the development of ChildFund’s programmatic approach to OSEAC, including the creation of Theory of Change, Results Framework and Operational Guidance. Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a master's in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
