John Monos

John Monos is Managing Director and Global Lead of XR Design and Engineering within Accenture Song where he leads the team pioneering enterprise-class immersive experiences for clients. Before joining Accenture, he was the SVP of Solutions at Magic Leap, where he led first-party application development and professional services, a pivotal role during the company's strategic shift towards augmented reality enterprise development.

John’s professional experience is also deeply rooted in visual effects and animation with a 15-year tenure at Sony Pictures Imageworks. He received an Academy Award for his role in advancing the Science and Engineering behind the development of digital actors, a breakthrough prominently featured in Spider-Man 2.
