Ty is Co-Founder and Chairman of co:collective. co: is a strategy and design consultancy that helps companies make the transition from shareholder to stakeholder capitalism - co: calls it helping companies to become generative. co: has been engaged by some organizations you have definitely heard of including: Google, LinkedIn, Under Armour, Microsoft, IBM and TIME. Ty leads the resilience practice at co:, partnering with clients to help them define their sustainability and circularity strategy, as well as contending with the multiple uncertainties that flow from the growing global polycrisis.

Ty sits on the Net-Positive Advisory Council. He is an author and frequent speaker on the topics of innovation, business transformation and conscious capitalism. His first book True Story: How To Combine Story and Action to Transform Your Business (2013 Harvard Business Press) offers insight into the considerable business advantages of engaging in StoryDoing rather than storytelling.
