Camille Baker is an artist-performer, researcher, and curator specializing in immersive experiences, participatory performance, and interactive art. Her work spans mobile media art, tech fashion, soft circuits, DIY electronics, and responsive interfaces. Baker's art explores expressive non-verbal communication, extended embodiment, and presence in real and mixed reality contexts, using XR, haptics, e-textiles, wearable devices, and mobile media. Her touring artwork, "Mammary Mountain," with Maf’j Alvarez and Tara Baoth Mooney, focuses on breast cancer survivors in the UK and Ireland, which had its world premiere at Venice Immersive in 2024.
