Eli Zavala

Eli's areas of expertise are film distribution, exhibition, programming & production. She founded La Filmadora (NYC), and Numina (MTY), distribution and production companies championing highly artistic, character driven & culturally authentic films. She's also the Executive Programing Director of Latitudes Cinema, a NYC microcinema. Eli has been recently appointed as the Commissioner of Festivals and Alternative Spaces of the Independent Cinema Coalition of Mexico and LatinAmerica. Her focus is on bringing better representation, and fighting misrepresentations, of minorities on the screen.
