Joost Van Dreunen

Joost van Dreunen is a leading expert on the business of video games. He is the co-founder and CEO of ALDORA, a brand intelligence provider, and an investor in and advisor to gaming startups. Joost teaches gaming strategy and economics at NYU Stern and is the author of One Up: Creativity, Competition, and the Global Business of Video Games. He is a regular contributor to major media outlets and publishes the popular weekly newsletter SuperJoost Playlist. Joost holds an MA from the University of Amsterdam and a PhD from Columbia University.
