Dimplez is a Nigerian-American music executive based in Los Angeles, serving as SVP of Digital Marketing & Content Development for Capitol Music Group and founder of marketing consultancy IJEOMA. Her career includes roles at Capitol Records, Motown Records, Universal Music Group, BWR PR, and Uproxx. At Capitol, she led urban digital marketing for artists like Offset, Ice Spice, and Ne-Yo. She also launched IJEOMA in 2018, working with clients like DJ Premier, Tyra Banks, and YG, and contributing to projects with RCA Records and others.
