Program Manager, NASA Tournament Lab and the Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation
NASA/Johnson Space Center

I worked at NASA's Johnson Space Center for almost 36 years and was privileged to work on a number of amazing project including the Space Shuttle, International Space Station, X-38 Crew Return Vehicle, Constellation, analog mission and Open Innovation. For the past 11+ years, I've been working or leading NASA's Center of Excellence for Collaboration and the NASA Tournament Lab which helps programs and projects at NASA and across the federal government learn how to leverage Open Innovation and Open Talent to find the ideas, technologies and experts needed to solve hard problems in an age where the rate and magnitude of technological change are increasing exponentially.

I am retired from NASA and when I'm not enjoying my family, traveling and learning, I make time to speak/consult on topics such as innovation, change management, open innovation, the future of work, space exploration and creating/managing high-performing teams.
