Technology has always played an important role in expanding the creative boundaries of artists, makers, and creators of all kinds. Without it, we would not be where we are today in a variety of creative mediums from art to entertainment. The emergence of AI is an inflection point for exploring the role research and technology can play in supporting new creative possibilities without infringing on what has come before.
