Billions of dollars in incentives to reduce emissions, decarbonize heavy industry, and boost domestic manufacturing don't matter if we lack a workforce capable of actualizing these changes. Industries like manufacturing, construction, utilities, and more face dual existential threats: worsening climate change disrupting operations and the lack of a skilled workforce.
