No matter where you look, intellectual property (IP), or content based on pre-existing stories or franchises, seems to reign supreme on the big screen. This can make the process of creating and selling original projects a challenge for up-and-coming creators. With the rise of diverse and inclusive onscreen representation, there’s a greater call for original content now more than ever before.
