SXSW Pitch: Security, GovTech & Space
SXSW Pitch is a platform that allows early-stage technology startups to pitch their product and/or services to industry technology experts, high-profile media personnel, and venture capitalists/angel investors.
Security, GovTech, & Space Technology in this category improve the ability of first responders & other public safety personnel to serve their communities. This category leverages technology from six major areas: artificial intelligence/machine learning, autonomy, cyber, energy, human systems, and space. Autonomous systems can be further subcategorized into awareness & security, unmanned aerial systems, and maritime autonomy. Space can be further subcategorized into launch services, domain & situational awareness, transport & navigation, satellites & connectivity," manufacturing and hypersonic.
The Security, GovTech, and Space Technology category winner will be announced at the SXSW Pitch Awards Ceremony on Sunday, March 9, at 6:30 p.m. in Salon H on the 6th floor of the Hilton Austin Hotel.
Also, attendees can make face-to-face connections with all 70+ SXSW Pitch finalists for 2025 at the special “Meet the Finalists” event on Monday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Griffin Hall on the 2nd floor of the JW Marriott.
