D@mn, they did it again. After hitting harder than a Billie Eilish album at SXSW 2024, this panel is back and even more f*cking awesome at SXSW 2025.

It will feature four of today’s biggest music video directors who have worked with artists like Jay-Z, Ariana Grande and Charli XCX. Each will share one of their best music videos, discuss how they made it and take questions from the other panelists.

The panel is curated by award-winning music video director Owen Brown, who’s been nominated for best music video at SXSW, won a grand prize at SXSW, as well as served on the film festival jury.

Why the *bleep* are we doing this at SXSW? Because SX is one of the only major film festivals with a music video category. It’s where The Daniels first won, before they won Best Picture. Given that history, we think it’s the perfect place for this panel.
