Billboard announced its return to South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, TX for three nights of star-studded concerts benefitting Waterloo Greenway. Taking place at Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park, Billboard Presents THE STAGE at SXSW on March 13 will be headlined by Koe Wetzel. Partners of the evening include Carnival Cruise Line and Azarro Parfums.
