Originally from Pomona, CA, with roots in Culiacan, Sinaloa, and but now based in Ontario, California, Julio Cesar Perez Sandoval, known in the music space as Julio Caesar, has made a remarkable impact on the music scene at just 20 years old.

At age 15, Julio Caesar began his musical journey, initially exploring the guitar and accordion, but it was the bajo quinto where he found his true passion. His favorite aspect of music is its ability to uniquely convey emotions through his instrument. In addition to being a virtuoso instrumentalist, Julio is a naturally talented composer. His original compositions draw inspiration from his daily experiences, whether it be love, heartbreak, or a joyful moment that motivates him to write songs.

His musical style blends classic and modern, reflecting a perfect mix of sierreño with norteño to create a unique sound. Although he primarily genre is regional Mexican, he does not limit himself to a specific subgenre.

“In music, every note is an opportunity to express what you feel deep inside. It doesn’t matter where you come from, but where you’re headed with each melody.” - Julio Caesar
