Kane Rodriguez at Mala Fama
This performance is part of the showcase that starts on Friday, March 14 at Mala Fama
Born in Houston, TX, Kane Rodríguez grew up surrounded by music, influenced by legends like El Pega Pega, Los Invasores, and Miguel y Miguel. However, it was the streets of his city that shaped the raw, real stories in his songs.
His breakthrough came in 2021 when an impromptu TikTok performance of "Si Me Ven" went viral, solidifying his path in music. Since then, he has carved out a unique space in Mexican Music, drawing inspiration from Ariel Camacho and Tito Doble P, yet staying true to his own style.
His rise has been unstoppable. His hit "On D Gas" with Legado 7 is nearing 100 million Spotify streams, and he has collaborated with Oficial Alex, Víctor M, Adrián L Santos, and Los Primos del Este on fan-favorite "Bailando".
In April 2025, Kane will release his debut album, La Batuta, a 12-track project showcasing his passion and talent. With his relentless drive and authentic storytelling, he is poised to become one of the standout voices in Regional Mexicano, bringing a fresh perspective to the genre and cementing his place in the industry.
