Lola Kinsey at Empire Control Room
Based in Texas, Lola Kinsey's debut album, Come of Age, captures the bittersweet journey of growing up, with heartfelt explorations of heartbreak, family challenges, and self-discovery.
Her breakout single, “Pack It Up” resonates as a coming-of-age anthem, reflecting her small-town roots and big-city dreams. She brings to life the moments that every teenager has grappled with, sprinkling in her own unique perspective. Drawing inspiration from legends like Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac, Lola weaves storytelling and emotional depth into her music while infusing it with a contemporary flair.
A lifelong performer, Lola discovered her passion for music through choir and theater in high school, finding solace and strength in songwriting. Despite facing challenges, including Tourette syndrome, ADHD, and OCD, Lola has turned her struggles into motivation.
Now performing in intimate venues across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Lola connects deeply with fans, fueled by her authenticity and determination. “I just want to reach people who understand struggle and heartbreak,” she shares. With a focus on her music and message, Lola Kinsey is just getting started.
