Kayanne Peppa, a 23-year-old rap-rock artist & college student from Philadelphia, masterfully blends the raw intensity of rock with the rhythmic nuances of hip-hop. Her recent breakout single, “No Threat!” released on October 9, 2023, exemplifies her distinctive sound and commanding presence. From an early age, Kayanne immersed herself in various creative pursuits, including musical theater, arts, & cosplay. She currently plays violin and the piano. Reflecting on her diverse interests, she states, “The world is gigantic and we have too much opportunity to not learn something new. Since a kid, I remember never wanting to limit myself-You never really know how much time you have left in the world, so why not try it all?”
Peppa’s foray into songwriting was inspired by her older brother, who was passionate about producing and rap during their school years. Initially, she shared her music on SoundCloud in 2016 as a lighthearted endeavor. However, with encouragement from her peers, she transformed her hobby into a professional career in 2021.
