Queenie Lasoul

Queenie Lasoul is an independent artist, songwriter, and poet whose Afro-Panamanian roots and unique life journey breathe depth and resilience into her music. Born in Long Island, raised in Brooklyn and Panama, and now based in Atlanta, Queenie’s music is a dynamic blend of lyrical rap, alternative hip-hop, and infused with elements of R&B. Her work reflects the diversity of her upbringing, shaped by influences from Hip-hop, R&B, Reggae, Soca, salsa, and the rich storytelling traditions of her family’s heritage.

In collaboration with her producer and business partner, Danny Lewie, Queenie has dedicated herself to crafting music that is at once conscious, bold, and motivational. Her lyrics mirror her life—unfiltered, introspective, and filled with both vulnerability and empowerment. Influenced by artists like Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj, and J. Cole, Queenie’s sound combines thought-provoking lyricism with the confidence of a seasoned performer. Her music doesn’t just tell her story; it invites listeners to reflect on their own journeys and embrace their authentic selves.
