PRIYANKA is a DJ, creative and dancer, deeply influenced by her Sri Lankan Tamil heritage and LA roots. Trained in classical Indian dance from a young age, her deep connection to rhythm and movement naturally evolved into a passion for music. After a successful career in entertainment marketing at Disney, PRIYANKA redirected her creative focus to DJing, honing her craft in turntablism at the renowned Beat Junkie Institute of Sound.

Known for her ability to seamlessly fuse genres, PRIYANKA’s sets span RnB, Neo-Soul, Bollywood, Amapiano, House, Baile Funk, and global sounds, reflecting her multicultural influences. Her performances have taken her to stages around the world and she’s shared lineups with trailblazing artists and collectives such as Tinashe, Priya Ragu, Raveena, DJ Habibeats, and No Nazar.

In 2023, Priyanka’s breakout YouTube mix “India-mapiano,” a vibrant blend of Bollywood vocals and Amapiano rhythms, went viral, amassing over 1 million views and cementing her place as a rising force in the world music scene. With a mission to inspire beyond music, Priyanka uses her craft to to be a channel of love, liberation and joy.
