Since launching her career in 2020, British-Zambian artist, Essii has successfully cemented herself as an exciting new voice in the UK R&B scene, gaining recognition from the likes of Clash and Wonderland just in her first year. Essii has accrued a growing fanbase that has earned her over 1 million streams across streaming platforms and over 2 million views on YouTube particularly on her release, ‘Brown Eyes’, a summer collaboration with popstar Coi Leray.
She credits her lyrical artistry to her journey in relationships, using her music as reflection and healing which is seen in her recent EP, ‘Orbit’.
