Parker Woodland

Anthemic, activist power trio Parker Woodland returns to SXSW on a wave of momentum from There's No Such Thing as Time, their debut full-length album, which hit #24 on Sub-Modern Albums chart in September 2024.

At SXSW 2024, Parker Woodland brought punk exuberance, pop hooks and psychedelic guitars to one of the fest's biggest official stages, KUTX Rock the Shores, and then signed with Austin, TX, label Flak Records shortly after the fest. The band sold out Mohawk Indoors for a two-night stand, packed Waterloo Records for their release day in-store, and are fresh off a Texas tour. This SXSW, the band seeks to build its team toward greater national and international touring and reach.

“The hype isn’t just real. It’s fully warranted and well-earned.. . . Major Go-Go’s energy on this one and major kudos. . . . Parker Woodland’s earned their keep as a KUTX favorite.” - KUTX

"grapples with some of the existential threats to our planet (climate change) and society (transphobia) set against unapologetically bright punk. . . . Climbing, scuzzy guitar gives way to a driving beat pinned down by drummer Keri Cinquina (PW features a rare all-woman rhythm section)." - Austin Chronicle
