Ki! is a producer and multi-instrumentalist, whose love of music has led him to explore techniques and sounds from numerous genres and decades from so many different corners of the world. In the fall of 2024 Ki! released his third album (in just two years), called Yong-Gwanglo Part Two. Yong-Gwanglo means "Melting Pot" in Korean, telling of both Ki!'s music and his personal biography. As is reflected in his name, Christian Ki Dall was born in Korea (Ki) but raised in Denmark (Christian Dall) and his taste and knowledge of music, production and songwriting can definitely be described as global. Of genres he comes across, one could mention: retro-futuristic synth-pop, dreampop, hip hop, field recording, British invasion, Motown, Egyptian, Afro-Beat, heisty funk and groove.
