Born in West Texas, Nolen has forged her own path without forgetting where she's from.
An Americana-roots rock-country troubadour, she is known for her energetic and
passionate performances.
She is also the Founder and Producer of the OUTlaw Pride Festival, the first queer
country festival in Texas. Born as a local festival who for the last 3 years has raised over $15,000 for local queer organizations, OUTlaw Pride has now expanded into an Official AMERICANAFEST special event as well as an annual 3 day weekend event in San Marcos.
Julie will be releasing her 3rd album, Levi’s and Leather, in a series of singles produced
by Jonathan Tyler, starting this fall!
