Black and BIPOC women are carrying the extra workload of navigating spaces systemically not made for them, often leaving them feeling undervalued, overlooked, and overworked. This inspirational group of women discuss their career-long journeys, experiencing microaggressions, feeling the weight of the “Black Tax” that often comes with success, along with fears and barriers around granting themselves permission to rest. Panelists share pivotal insights on how they found the agency to set boundaries, prioritize health and wellness, negotiate strategically, and redefine success on their own terms.
