Advance sign up is required. Please locate the “RSVP” button on the page to reserve your spot. If RSVP spots are full, there may walk up slots available and we encourage you to check in at the start time to put your name on the list.
Years of research have shown that improvisational theater positively impacts our mental health. Connecting with others for a shared purpose is one of the most effective ways to decrease feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress. Participants in this interactive workshop will experience the benefits of cultivating humor in their lives, learn the importance of stepping into the unknown to risk failure, and collaborate with others to solve problems. A licensed therapist and a longtime comedian will serve as workshop facilitators to show us this unique way forward.
