This session scrutinizes the subtle and pervasive presence of white supremacy, its reinforcement in human-centered design and design thinking methodologies, and the potential transitions towards more inclusive and diverse practices. Utilizing the insights from the National Equity Project, Creative Reaction Lab, and Dismantling Racism, we delve into biases that influence practicing designers, facilitators, and educators alike.
