Tania Anaissie
Tania is the Founder of Beytna Design, a co-design firm that helps organizations who want equitable products, programs and cultures to actually build them. She is a Founding Creator of Liberatory Design, a new practice of design that shows HOW to build inclusively and teaches teams how to co-design with people impacted by their designs. She's a Founding Member of the Equity Design Collaborative, Faculty at The National Equity Project and a Lecturer at the Stanford University d.school.
She's developed cutting-edge models for how to co-design tech products with real customers to develop net-new ideas, launch highly relevant products, and rebuild brand trust. She is an expert facilitator who's designed and led Liberatory Design processes in 12 countries for over 35 different clients and over 1500 learners. Tania is a graduate of Stanford University's Product Design program, an advisor in Stanford’s Design Impact program, and a StartingBloc fellow.
