Why do some people get burned out and others don't? In this session, Dr. Kandi Wiens will share the remarkable discoveries from her research with hundreds of people. Her findings show that, despite dangerous levels of work-related stress, people who effectively use their emotional intelligence are immune to burnout. After this thought-provoking and engaging session, you will: 1) understand what makes you more vulnerable to burnout; 2) gain clarity on what keeps you in your sweet spot of stress; and 3) connect to your values as a source of strength when under intense pressure and stress.
