Everyone Will Become Disabled...if We're Lucky

More than 61 million adults in the United States already have some form of disability. This is the only minority status that can occur to anyone at any time and the only one that is likely to accompany the aging process. In this chat we'll discuss that if disability is inevitable, it is essential that we discuss how everyone can contribute to futureproofing our lives by ensuring that our workplaces, airplanes, healthcare, public policy, and all other spaces be fully accessible to people with any apparent and non apparent disabilities. This is the moment where we make accessibility a key feature in building an efficient, effective, and lasting workforce.
