Psychedelic Leadership and Systems Change
Can the entry of psychedelics into the mainstream promote new models of values-based leadership for a rapidly changing world? What are the implications for disrupting conventional economic models and contributing to systemic change? The panelists in this session will address these questions by discussing the potential for psychedelics to foster traits such as prosociality, empathy, and creativity among organizational leaders, as well as the efforts of leaders in the psychedelics field to pursue novel business approaches that balance purpose with profit.
