Mass Incarceration has impacted many communities. Recidivism, or reoffending and returning to prison happens for a myriad of reasons, the lack of employment being one of them. In this fireside chat, we will discuss the challenges the formerly incarcerated face when looking for jobs, the stigmatization, and how the technology industry can be an ally providing stable careers.
