#SXSWMatriarchs

Matriarchal experiences reach into corners the patriarchy can’t. Therefore, how might we take inspiration from matriarchal archetypes, role models in nature, & the newest scientific research as we grow as leaders, designers, & people? Human-Centered Design has become tremendously popular. But when we look at who leads in the design world, & who benefits most from design, women & their needs continue to fall behind. Walk away from this Matriarch-Centered Design session with insights, inspiration, & tools aligned with matriarchal values of nurturing connection, community, & creativity.
