Cate Johnson

Heart-centered and adventurous, Cate is a global design-thinking practitioner, trusted coach, and innovation champion. She drives progress through liberating spaces, transformational action, and matriarchal leadership rooted in community building.

A lifelong learner, Cate is a graduate of Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities and earned an MBA from American University's Kogod School of Business. She has completed fellowships in ritual design, social innovation, and the art of leadership. Cate is a Reiki Master with a certification in Animal Reiki.

Cate currently teaches design thinking, creative confidence, and storytelling courses with IDEO U and is a business transformation consultant utilizing human-centered design methodologies with CrossCountry Consulting. She is the Founder of ArborRevolutions, a Nature-Centered Design company based in Boulder, Colorado where she lives with her sweet rescue pup, Luna.
