As guns remain the leading cause of death for American youth, global crises rage on, and a divisive Presidential elections looms large, it can understandably be difficult to envision a hopeful future. But against this backdrop, this intergenerational panel of gun safety activists looks beyond the headlines to find hope in the arch of change on a seemingly intractable issue: gun safety. We’ll consider the enormous progress gun safety activists have made, lessons learned over the years, and explore what the movement for gun safety can teach us about hope and building a safer, more just future.
