It Ends With Us: Breaking Cycles of Generational Dysfunction

We all inherit the beliefs and behaviors of our culture and family of origin. Given the domination systems that have shaped human civilization, many of these are rooted in survivalism - manifesting in the prejudice, divisiveness, and mental and emotional dis-ease we see playing out in our world today. When these intergenerational biases remain unconscious and are left unaddressed, they are passed down the generations in a never-ending cycle of dysfunction—until we consciously choose to disrupt them. In this panel, we discuss how to do this, and how this frees us all to live as our true selves.
