As federal and state laws regarding cannabis legalization remain in flux, the universe of ingestible, intoxicating/inebriating cannabis products is expanding. This course will discuss the traditional frameworks for Hemp-Cannabis and THC-Cannabis businesses and how the norms for those frameworks are being challenged as ingestible hemp-derived THC products are becoming readily available to consumers all over the United States. This course will discuss how the rise of these products is completely changing the cannabis economy and the legalization conversation.
