Scott Seder

Scott Seder is a government affairs professional and practicing attorney, licensed in IL and DC, that has focused on cannabis regulation since 2013. Mr. Seder is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law where he created and teaches a Cannabis Law class to law students. In his professional engagements, Mr. Seder represents small cannabis companies and ancillary businesses as well as large publicly traded cannabis companies. Mr. Seder also works with businesses that seek to enter the cannabis industry. In addition, Mr. Seder spent over two years as the SVP of Regulatory Affairs of a national hemp company. Over the last decade, Mr. Seder has been a lecturer on cannabis regulation for CLE on behalf of Law Seminars International and the American Bar Association.
