Since 2012, RocketJump has created viral action comedy short films, cult classic webseries, and two shows for Hulu that didn't get picked up for a second season. Now, co-founders and writer director duo Freddie Wong and Matt Arnold discuss how a Dungeons and Dragons podcast led to self-financing their debut feature film We're All Gonna Die (which will have its world premiere at SXSW 2024). They'll share their experiences growing and cultivating an audience over a wide variety of mediums as independent filmmakers and will share their (probably ill-advised) plan to self-finance their future projects by involving audiences throughout the entire film production process.
